At central moto co., we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Standard Products (Non-Customised) We accept returns on standard, non-customised products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Customised & Made-to-Order Products We do accept returns and refunds on customised products in validated circumstances, including but not limited to: the product being defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described. All customised order return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these criteria.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Cancellations on standard orders may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
