Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time — estimated timeframes will be noted on the product page.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via your carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping fees will apply. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
