Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Custom & Personalised Orders By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or designs provided. central moto co. accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied designs. Orders proceed directly to production once payment is confirmed. Please ensure all design details are correct at the time of ordering, as changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Intellectual Property All original designs, graphics, and content on centralmoto.net are the property of central moto co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability central moto co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
